MountCare Residential is a residential care home for children aged 16-19, located on the coast of North Wales. Our aim is to create a homely and welcoming environment and to enable the young people to transition into living an independent adult life.

Our staff are focussed on supporting the residents and in creating a home from home atmosphere for the children.

All of our staff members are highly qualified practitioners with many years of experience in supporting children and young people. Our team are supported by a range of professionals, all focussed on working with our children and staff to ensure a successful transition into independent adult living.
